General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 – Scope
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all orders placed on the everyonedecorations.com website. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these GTC without reservation. These conditions prevail over any other document.

Article 2 – Products
The products offered for sale are those listed on the everyonedecorations.com website, within the limits of available stock. Each product is accompanied by a description detailing its main characteristics. The photographs are as accurate as possible but do not bind the seller.

Article 3 – Prices
The prices displayed on the site are indicated in euros and include all taxes (including VAT). The seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced at the price in effect at the time the order is placed.

Article 4 – Order
To place an order, the customer must follow the steps indicated on the site. The customer must provide accurate and complete information. The seller reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute or fraudulent activity.

Article 5 – Payment
Payment is made at the time of the order. The following payment methods are accepted: credit card, PayPal, and other payment options listed on the site. The order will only be validated once payment is confirmed.

Article 6 – Delivery
Delivery times are provided for informational purposes and may vary depending on stock availability and carrier constraints. Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal
The customer has a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of delivery to return any product that does not suit them. The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and accompanied by the return form. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Article 8 – Warranty
The products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects. In case of non-conformity or defect, the customer must notify the seller within the legal timeframe to arrange for a replacement or refund.

Article 9 – Liability
The seller’s liability is limited to the value of the products ordered. The seller is not responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of the products.
